10/5/2023 0 Comments 3 week yoga retreat week 1I never felt like I was bored because I had “done the workout” before. ![]() This was AWESOME because it allowed VARIETY in what I was doing. So what was week #1 really like? Let me take you through it! Each day involved a different foundational workout (core, stretch, balance, flow, flow on the go, relax, and then two 10 minute workouts.an AM and a PM session). I held strong and I’m here…one week down and two more to go…feeling pretty stinkin’ good. I was faced with temptations, gatherings with friends, and moments where I simply just wanted to drive to Starbucks and get a Venti PSL. ![]() ![]() ![]() Whew! That was one ol’ week I just had!!! Headaches for the bulk of the week, foggy-tired feelings, and that pacing feeling you get when you simply want something that you know you can’t have.
